At CylchAwen, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase of our Smart Watches, Keyboards, and Gamepads. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined in this policy.

This policy applies to all products purchased directly from the CylchAwen online store. Please read the following information carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories included.
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date you received the shipment.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, are missing components, or show signs of wear will not be accepted for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned for a refund unless they are defective upon arrival:

  • Smart Watches with removable bands that have been used or adjusted.
  • Any product where the original packaging seal has been broken, and the product is not faulty.
  • Clearance or final sale items (these will be explicitly marked at the time of purchase).

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return Request: Contact our support team at [email protected] within the eligible period. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our support team will review your request and, if approved, email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item with all its original contents and the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover all return shipping costs and expedite a replacement or full refund for you.

Refund Timeline

After your return is approved, please allow the following time for the refund to be fully processed:
