Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to CylchAwen for products in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Refund & Return Policy

We strive for complete customer satisfaction. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds.

  • Eligibility for Return: Products must be returned in their original condition – unused, unopened, and in the original packaging with all accessories and tags. A valid proof of purchase is required.
  • Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as software downloads, personalized products, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return unless defective.

Shipping costs for returns are generally the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
