Shipping Method & Processing
We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations & Timeframes
We ship to most countries worldwide. Estimated delivery times for Standard Shipping are 7-20 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or local postal services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. The final shipping fee will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. CylchAwen has no control over these costs and cannot predict what they may be. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. CylchAwen is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to update the order if it has not yet been processed for shipping.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse it or note the damage with the carrier. For lost packages, please refer to the tracking information first.
